      Pros

      Unified recently won Crain's Best Places to Work in NYC. Unified deserves this award and I'm proud to be a part of it. Unified has built a culture around pushing employees to do their best work, all while caring for them on a personal level. Unified sits in an evolving ecosystem, paid social, so challenges come often. I've grown a lot at Unified and I know many of my colleagues have too.

      Cons

      The technology product, The Unified Platform, needs to become more nimble in the always moving paid social ecosystem. Unified need to provide flexibility moving forward.

      Amazing company that practices its culture and doesn’t just pay lip service to a culture document
 Good leadership that supports and reinforces managers and staff Understanding and supportive managers
 Environment of learning and great opportunities to broaden your horizons with internal and external learning tools
 Shadow program to learn more about the adtech industry and various roles Projects are well funded by realistic budgets, and management encourages new and innovative solutions Unlimited PTO Diversity is encouraged, and amazing LEAD program builds a community of discussion for gender equality in the workplace
 Weekly reporting structure with feedback straight to executive layer, and feedback is encouraged in all daily aspects Lots of office perks (snacks, beer, bevi, cold brew coffee)
