Pros
Unified provides its employees with a lot of opportunities. Opportunities to work on interesting and challenging projects, and opportunities to have your work be seen and appreciated by your peers, your manager, and the companies executives. Unified's culture skews heavily towards Learning. I have regularly found myself facing new challenges and have found a strong support system within the organization to succeed in the face of those challenges. I have greatly enjoyed working in an environment that prioritizes Learning. Unified is a fun place to work. I enjoy the people that I work with. We work hard together and share our accomplishments. I think what we've built together is pretty cool.
Cons
Unified is not the place for people who are uncomfortable with candid constructive feedback and do not enjoy being challenged (I don't really consider this a Con, but some would)
