      Pros

      Great atmosphere and people. Ability to wear many different hats. Team outings happen but vary due to the team you are on. Company sports teams ala ZogSports is encouraged as well for bonding. The kitchen is fully stocked and people don't hesitate to grab at beer/wine at 5 o'clock.

      Cons

      Life/work balance can be a bit challenging.

      Pros

      Every amenity you'd expect from a company focused on making its employees happy while they're working. Food, drinks, beer provided. Work from home flexibility, unlimited PTO, team and company-wide happy hours and events, etc. Also clubs and sports! You can tell everyone working wants to be here As long as you get your stuff to the (high) standards set, you're given some reign on how you choose to get the job done.

      Cons

      As we've matured as a company, I've felt less empowered and more like a cog in a well oiled machine. It feels as though there's less room for upward mobility than there was a year ago. Hopefully this isn't the case across all teams.
