      - Incredible appreciation of staff, therefore employee retention - Great marketplace vision and product fit - Awesome culture - very open and positive - Everyone's door is open - CEO, CTO, SVPs everyone will make time for you so long as you don't abuse it - 80/20 rule - the focus is really on large fruitful partnerships rather taking on all business which causes unmanageable and challenging growth

      - Immature processes #startupproblems - Only ping pong table in LA not NY (working on this)

      Pros

      Definitely the sort of place where you will work hard, but extremely rewarding as you are doing it with people who you actually want to be around. Strong comp plans and overall they try to keep the environment and culture laid back and fun. Senior management is very accessible and willing to listen.

      Cons

      Its still a growing company so process can be a weakness.
