      Great coworkers and team leaders.

      Cons

      Advertising tech as a whole is a more competitive space than it's been in a long time, which is creating unique challenges. Unified's tech is subpar at best, in fact, the media buying is done largely done through native platforms and Unifieds SaaS takes the data and layers on analytic tools. Other tools have been doing this for years with cohort analysis and predictive analysis. I found Unified's platform quite unappealing and something that was tough to rally around.

      Pros

      -Great team that is really fun to work with. -Plenty of autonomy and nice selection of projects to work on. -Excellent collaboration between teams. -Proactive attitude is encouraged; you can take the ball and run with it. -Flexible work privileges in accordance with manager's approval. -Excellent managers that provide a good balance between "taking charge" versus "letting you do your work" depending on the situation. -Product team is very knowledgeable and easy to work with as long as you are proactive, transparent, and consistently deliver results. -Competitive pay. -Flexible 360 feedback system where you can provide a lot of feedback, a little feedback, or no feedback. People are very open and you can just talk to your manager and speak your mind. -Decent parental leave.

      Cons

      -No 401k matching. -401k does not have non-managed index funds; they're all actively managed.
