      Pros

      An inspiring, driven leadership team sets the tone for the company. Everyone is smart, gets along well, and believes in the mission. Has a very startup mentality. If applying, get ready to work hard but to have a lot of fun along the way.

      Cons

      Can be a long work day (for some teams more than others). As a startup, leadership is not afraid to get rid of employees if you're not pulling your weight. Depending on your position, may require you to wear multiple hats and act in different capacities that aren't listed in your job description.

      Pros

      Unified has a great culture with strong and smart leaders. Their path to success is well thought out and I can see Unified becoming a leading technology. All employees are friends and hang out both in and out of the office. Whether is be the office happy hours or holiday events there is always something exciting going on. Everyone works hard but there is great balance, where employees can come in at whatever time they want if they get their work done. There is free food and beverage in the office which is a great perk!

      Cons

      As of now I have not seen any flaws within Unified and I doubt there will be any coming soon as Unified continues to grow in a smart way.

      Pros

      Unified is a great company to work for you. We are experiencing tremendous growth which translates to a lot of personal growth opportunities. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and its great to all share in the vision. We all work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      Communications between departments can be improved.
