Pros

The people are very talented and offer lots of opportunities to learn. Powerhouse brands. Strong global footprint. Food and Personal Care blend offers a rare opportunity to get wide experiences in one company. Dedicated to making a difference. Strong foundational training.

Cons

Given the size of the organization, there inevitably is a lot of levels, bureaucracy, etc. On the brand side, sizable and frequent budget shifts make it difficult to plan ahead and cause a lot of strain in the system.

Pros

-Global Company and Global Career Possibilities -Approachable Leadership: Leadership cubes (yes, cubes) are within shouting distance of most employees -Progressive Office Space: vibrant colors, low walls, comfortable space -Work - Life Balance: Summer half-day Fridays, flexible work arrangements, casual work attire -Easy Cross Functional Rapport: Office layout creates great hallway convo opportunities -Consistent Availability of Company Information: Monday Real Time provides a good mix of news and information - Commitment to Social Causes: Sustainable business practices, menu nutrition

Cons

-Little Brother to Unilever Retail in US: limited Supply Chain cost and scheduling flexibility -Somewhat Limited Food Solution US Job Growth Possibilities: Your US corporate roles are limited due to flat org chart (Plus and Minus!) US Leadership short term ex-pat contracts: You wonder if the relatively short contracts drive the short term "band-aid" approach over a longer term spend and implementation.

Pros

One of the last places that really take care of their employees. Great benefits, low cost cafeterias. Room to grow.

Cons

They outsourced information technology. Which I think proved a bad idea.
