Pros

Allows agile working Good product discounts in company store

Cons

Feel like an employee number rather than a human being A very 'top-down' organization (and very top-heavy) Management often take credit for work and leave the people doing all the hard graft feeling undervalued Poor IT systems (you are not provided with the tools you need to do the job effectively and efficiently) Not easy to move around (even though they boast offices worldwide)

Pros

Agile work environment can mean you have more flexibility in your schedule. Depending on the team you are on, work-life balance can be strong.

Cons

Growth is very slow even for people who are strong performers, bureaucracy is unavoidable, politics are pretty rampant. Comp is not super competitive.

Pros

Healthcare and 401k matching are very competitive

Cons

There is no stability in Unilever's future. The company has had 3 restructurings in the past 7 years, and is on its 4th CEO in the same time. The company is lost, and have decided to now shift their focus from employee wellbeing to the bottom line. More layoffs are coming, and if the board has their way the company will be split it multiple small groups. They have also shifted how they rate employees in a way that will offer them less in bonus payouts. Unilever pretends to be agile and that they can move with the market, but they are bogged down in way to much process from within, they cannot get out of their own way. While their policies say hybrid, from within the company they are very clear they want everyone in the office all the time.
