Pros

Very hands on internship experience. Working on relevant project(s) that are actually being put into place at Unilever. Great perks for interns such as being able to interview with Directors in the company and having a lunch with CIO.

Cons

Really did not have too many cons.

Pros

There is a clear classism and racial bias in the company.

Cons

There is a clear classism and racial bias in the company. HR managers need more cross cultural training and the company needs to hire upper management that practice humility and should learn to work with middle and lower management with compassion not passion for their egos. People of color are often hired just for the company to say they are diverse but tenure for colored people is low because of racial discrimination. Also, prepare for a lot of ethnocentric upper management.
