Great co-workers/team for support, enjoy teaching!

Cons

Meeting after meeting, training after training.....never stop working. long hours with everything that is expected. In early, stay late, take work home.

Pros

The people are great, from office staff, to custodians, to the teachers. The county supplement is decent and there are lots of resources available to teachers.

Cons

Teaching is not what it used to be. The bureaucracy within the county and the state has become an obstacle to the true goal of education which is providing students with the skills and knowledge they need to become productive citizens. Union Co. is no exception
