Supportive staff within school building.

Cons

Too many meetings after school. Multiple meetings a week after school, along with constant paperwork leaves little time for lesson planning. They don't listen to their teachers, unless it works for them. The pay is bad, but that is not completely their fault, since the state pays so poorly as a whole.
