Depending on the school you are in, it can be a great experience or a bad experience. I loved the school I taught at. The teachers I worked with truly cared for our students.

Cons

Higher ups who haven’t been in a classroom in years have no understanding of our challenges, yet they mandate everything and worry more about numbers than the actual child.
