Here you can be a do as little as you want and no body cares. You get a great schedule. Take all the time for lunch you want. Go home early and get paid for the full day. If you are a grounds worker you are suppose to have your CDL but it is really optional. No body ever looks over your shoulder or rides your butt, it is so easy. Even if you tear up stuff like trucks or mowers, they just give you a new one. You don't have to be knowledgeable of anything to come work here. If you come from Magee brothers you will be hired at a higher pay rate and be ahead of others.

Cons

The only con is the pay is really, really low. What ever you negotiate as your starting pay will be your ending pay. Some people do a lot better job than others. There is no way to move up off grounds once you come in as grounds you will only ever be grounds. They use to train you to do other jobs and move up and off the mower, not any more.
