Pros

UCPS is one of the best districts in the state. Most academically successful large District in the state, and 2nd in the state overall. You will get all the support that you need, and teachers are proud to work there.

Cons

There are extremely high expectations from all levels, and with that there can be micromanaging come up both from the school and District Administrative levels.
