      Pros

      Very easy to get into nothing is thrown in your face that you can't handle at the onset. The co-workers are really knowledge and will lend a helping hand when needed. Between the engineers everyone seems to share valuable information.

      Cons

      Chain of command on advice/help for some programs are very murky. With the emphasis on technology there is a lot of machines that are still "in use" but not currently supported.
