Pros

Small company, good benefits, family atmosphere, flexible schedule, the top executives including the founder and CEO are very present and always ask for ways to improve.

Cons

Middle management sometimes are not good at communicating with employees, employees are often left out of the loop when it comes to new policies.

Pros

Generally upbeat staff, empathetic management and a supportive team all around. Executive team is fantastic - they are present and pleasant every time I see them. The quality of our product is easy to stand behind, and the company is very well respected in the industry. Internal promotion is their standard practice, which means lots of room for growth - they genuinely do prefer "finding good people and keeping them." Fantastic benefits that are well about the industry standard (Medical, Dental & Vision, 401(K), and PTO). They do their best to make general incentives available to the staff to show their appreciation, and offer plenty of opportunities for industry education.

Cons

Compensation could be a little more competitive - particularly where long term employees are concerned (raises, for instance, where both salaried and hourly employees are concerned). More individual incentive programs in place to help combat burnout.
