Pros

great people, brand equity, ability to effectively network in the industry. some of the top talent in the hospitality industry works for danny so its a great place to work if you would like to spring board to other jobs in the industry.

Cons

while upper management preaches a set of values including positive assumptions and mutual respect among employees, in practice this is does not occur. managers treat their staff in abusively in an environment free of consequences.

Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

Cons

It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
