Great Benefits - healthcare [after 6mos full-time employment, transportation etc.] Treat Employees Well - Best family meals in Nyc restaurant industry, provide employees with all the resources they can within USHG to get them towards their goals within the industry Organized and Invested Management - Managers care about restaurant performance down to the last detail
