Management and team are knowledgeable and supportive, and the group of restaurants is top notch.

Cons

Schedule varies each day so it was difficult to get into a routine, but this could be beneficial if you need a flexible schedule.

Pros

Wonderful culture, I always feel supported. Employees are kept in the loop with company changes, initiatives, etc. The executive team is fantastic.

Cons

High turnover rate across the board, not much PTO-accrual for hourly employees which makes work/life balance tricky when you can't take much time off.
