Potential to see all aspects of a Restaurant and Hospitality Group. Endless opportunities for a hospitality professional. If you put in your time you are rewarded. If you like to cut corners and take the easy way, you will be left behind. Benefits and 401(k) match are excellent for a Hospitality Group.

Cons

In such a large company, it's easy to feel left out or find your way. Training is hit or miss, depending on your position and staffing levels.
