Pros

There are Health Benefits and Career Coaching available. If you need to speak to a Manager about any issue, they are always available to talk to.

Cons

There is a "Black Period" when you can not have vacation. If you did not go culinary school, it will be almost impossible to get promoted, even when you have experience and the skills necessary.
