Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

Equipment always breaking down and then not fixed properly, employees getting injured several times a week, long days and weekend overtime and an upper management group that only wants to assign blame to those below them.

Pros

This company has outstanding healthcare benefits at a very reasonable price to the employee. You are working for a global company and that helps when times get tough. The Senior management is constantly looking to develop from within. If you put in the effort it will pay off as long as you maintain a positive attitude.

Cons

A few people in high places carry personal agendas and are not afraid to show it. Depending on your department the work schedule can be demanding on you work life balance. If the economy tanks too bad you will likely be laid off if you are in a "non skilled" position for example machine operator. Once personal vendettas are born they are hard to surpass. Lack of continuitty in the leadership. Communication seems to be the single largest problem the company has for some reason.
