Pros

The pay is decent and benefits are excellent. It’s a big company, so lots of opportunities.

Cons

They do not meet the basic standards of lean manufacturing. Management is disorganized and organization of duties is very poor. There is a lot of favoritism and cliques.

Pros

- Good money when you take into account the amount of overtime you’re forced into and shift allowance. - All the maintenance techs and some of the production staff - those that have a high enough IQ to hold a conversation - are generally decent people.

Cons

- 3 Shift system, where overtime is expected every day shift weekend, then an additional Friday night shift. - Very little amount of planned maintenance activities. - Little to no training opportunities. - Lack of progression oppurtunities in maintance/engineering department.
