Pros

Work culture. Competitive salary. USDI provides very high quality healthcare plan to its employees and dependents which has very less deductible. Best part is health insurance premium is fully paid by USDI, Along with it company also reimburse most of the copay and prescription charges. Company also reimburse some money if you have eye or dental expenses and also fitness center expenses! Tuition reimbursement. Very transparent from the top down in all the process and policies. Easy access to management.

Cons

Currently vacation policy is fixed for all the employees. I feel number of vacations may need to increase a bit based on number of years spent with USDI. Recently they stopped monthly lunch meetings They should have continue doing lunch meetings.
