USDI has a great company culture and they truly care about their employees. The great thing is that they take care of us. The work/life balance is the best I have experienced in 12 years. Employees are not discouraged to take time off to either spend time with family, personal matters, or not feeling well. USDI believes that a happy work life is only possible if you have a healthy life outside of work. The office atmosphere is the most positive work environment I have ever experienced. Everyone looks out for one another all-the-while looking after the client's best interests and bottom line. This not only makes it enjoyable to come to work every day but also allow employees to fully focus on the task at hand and not have to concern themselves with office politics or gossip. My co-workers have been nothing but kind and a pleasure to work with since my first day; starting with Senior Management and all the way through every department they’re in.
