Work Timings are stretchable. Friendly environment.

Cons

Freshers are not given enough importance, No latest technology to retain employees, lower salary. Only experience matters not the job which you are doing. Managers are eating much of the company's resource.

If you get into right project you will learn a lot. Very frequent interaction will people acroos the globe. Makes communication skill better. Policy are very good and HR's are very friendly and professional. Give freshers a training for 1 month or so, which is quite useful.

Cons

very low scope of onsite visits.
