Pros

Some very experienced and knowledgeable people working with the organization at various levels. If one reach out to them can learn a lot.

Cons

Very reluctant to adapt to new technologies. No single location for the office in Bangalore teams are distributed in the city itself. Also with this respect, only many offices have been shifted to a new location recently.
