a job, a salary, not much more

Cons

Lack of training, lack of prospective, friendships and "liaisons" are more important than skills in order to do career No defence against arrogant customers and bully colleagues. Some managers are particularly arrogant and don't accept that you have an opinion.

The work is not the problem. Work life balance is ok. Actual site work is interesting and has some good training. Co-workers are pleasant.

Cons

No communication. At all. Top down and all one way.

Decent wage. Standard vacation time. Okay benefits. Nice managers

Cons

You are a full time employee of Unisys, but are treated like a temporary worker. Company will not transfer you to a different contract.
