Company with a good work life balance, good work ethics and a right culture that motivates you to give the best. The policies are beneficial for employees who want to work from home on a more regular basis. Compensation almost on par with market standard.

Cons

Not the best in the market for compensation, but for the work life balance offered you cannot ask for more. Notice period of 3 months does not help.
