Pros
Very Good place to work. Highly Flexible work hours and location. Full time WFH options available. Managers are relaxed and understanding but very professional. Work is challenging and you do end up getting utilized upto 90% or more which is high but that also ensures Job security.
Cons
Work is challenging and you do end up getting utilized upto 90% but usually never need to overtime but almost always need to work for 8/9 hrs a day. No one breathes down your neck but the accountability is high so You do end up justifying your salary at all times.
