Pros

I've been told that having the company name on the resume looks good. Haven't met a person yet that was unhappy about leaving.

Cons

Management is adrift seeking answers but they don't even know the questions. Too much of senior management is entrenched and throwing out the bath water when they themselves are the ones that should be shown the door.
