      Freedom to work remotely, access to Dell software and support,

      Management are awful, pay is terrible, they start you as a contractor with access but not a real employee. I was supposed to be working on server and PC build then they told me to work over 50 miles from my location 2 shift the told me i could have 3rd shift. when i said i have a family and couldn't do that i was instantly yelled at and fired. Be cautious

      Good Pay, I was of part of internal product team. And it was new product with latest tech stack, enthusiastic team, scope of learnings with hybrid work policy.

      Cons

      I recently got laid off from the Company, and the experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. HR forced me to take out my laptop and send a resignation email on the spot, after which they immediately released me from the company. The worst part was that after my resignation, they assigned someone to escort me out, ensuring I couldn’t speak to anyone before leaving. This treatment felt disrespectful and unfair. Extremely unprofessional layoff process. HR forces employees to resign instead of proper terminations. Very limited project opportunities High job insecurity due to short-term client funding No career growth or proper employee support
