      Pros

      Lower level Management has been amazing.

      Cons

      Upper-level Management do not care at all about employee health or wellbeing. Forced to work in the field during the pandemic and contracted Covid twice but now they are mandating vaccination and the fact I got Covid twice because of them and have the antibodies to 2 different strains doesn't matter

      The ONLY pro I found was that we could work remotely

      Cons

      There is SO much information to understand in the week training we get. Just be prepared to put more time in on making a ticket than actually helping a customer on the phone.
