The people are amazing. They truly try to do the best they can though understaffed, undertrained, and with obsolete tools.

Cons

The red tape, the resistance to change, the one trick mentality that everything is solved by headcount reductions, the lack of any training to field workers, the low wages to anyone below management... I can go on.

Is the most difficult thing to find there, nothing good, overworked employees small salaries, stress to the roof

Cons

nothing good, overworked employees small salaries, stress to the roof , no grout opportunity if you are not supported by an influential person from high management, chaos on all levels starting from the top level till the last person joining that company

Cafeteria contractor food is over priced, they charge you for napkins and utensils if you don't buy anything that needs them. Loud (it's a call center) they claim to assign shifts based on your performance, that's not true.
