• Relatively Flexible Hours (9am-3pm required) • Plenty of paid overtime • Holidays paid time off • Lots of work to do • Chill work environment (listen to music, hour long lunch etc.)

Cons

• No option to telecommute • Not a lot of vacation days • Poor software development practices (improper use of Git)
