Pros
Some great innovative people to work with. A young peoples environment. A number of ITIL practises and teams set up. Some really great clients and internal account teams to work with.
Cons
Often too slow to adapt to change. Often a workaround is seen as a fix, which is time and not cost effective. Management very political, in the sense its personal, emotional and not to the detriment of the company as a whole.
