Lesser work load, flexible shift

Cons

Not the paymasters for sure. Management does not know their vision, company running into loss for quite sometime now. Laying off employees on larger scale.

- Great Work Culture - Lots of Internal Openning - Good Work from home option - Senior Management is thinking to change facility across bangalore - Good respect who stay longer period of time in Org

Cons

- New CxO focusing the internal black whole to redundant work force, couple of time re organisation happened which cause lots of Product focus on and off , some product closed and good resources moved out of company or asked to moved on.. - Role code needs to align across department, internal movements or transition to different department cause effect candidate band and designation i.e Architect can align to Lead Engineer in same company different department

-Company provides cab facilities. - more growth in the company

- Less pay compared to market - Working hours are 10 + 1 hour cab buffer time = total time in office 11 hours
