Pros
Multicultural environment, which helps you to get in contact with a lot of different people. My team is quite big, the communication within the group is sometimes not that easy. In general I would say I like being an employee of the company.
Cons
Time management. Even after taking an online course, it is sometimes not easy to manage my time. I know that, things need to be prioritised so that I can create a sequence. Time to time I face the issue that, I have a lot of work to do, but no time.
