      Pros

      Supporting environment where you can be creative, motivated and happy. You can work on many great bids, and work together the best people of the market. The payment is good.

      Cons

      Sometimes heavy travels. No bonus payed. No real career path to follow.

      Pros

      Since I joined 2 years ago, this company has transformed. New people with good ideas, more marketing spend and really delighted clients. Flexible around where you work and good salaries.

      Cons

      "The Corporation" ie the US business wants to run the show and it takes quite a lot of pushing back to stop them dictating what happens in the rest of the world. I don't even mean strategically. They want to manage the tactics too.

      Pros

      A good place for a freshers to kick start career as you would be driven and tested to your limits.

      Cons

      Higher Management is all focused on making profits which in-turn is used to clear company's debts. Forced to work on multiple clients / accounts, focusing on Shared work culture. ensured to be squeezed till double the worth of every penny spent on a person. MAX 5-8 % hikes on yearly appraisals with no Bonus. 0% hike on internal movements. HR is management's puppet and is only for hiring.
