      Pros

      Management is ery helpful with working with needed schedule, along with time off. Lots of online training available, along with tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of opportunity to advance, for the most part you can move laterally is several positions, but this is due to low turn over rate in desirable positions.
