No Expectations, No Training, Scapegoat for Management Deficiencies

I worked for Unisys for only 2 months before they let me go. The entire management team for the account were relatively new to Unisys and didn't know anything about the company culture. I received little training or tools to do my job. However I was accountable for everything that happened on the account but wasn't allowed to make decisions or be involved in the decision making process. All of the decisions were made by upper management at Unisys and the Client. I became a scapegoat for a poorly managed account that had been through three others in my position in just 8 months. I was constantly being scolded and reprimanded for the service desk performance but not allowed to make changes to the processes that were put in place by upper management. I've been in IT my entire career and have never been treated by any company or management the way I was at Unisys.
