It got worse and worse and worse. Good managers were replaced with bad managers, employees fled, benefits were slashed, things got bad enough I had to be on anti anxiety medication just to go to work.

Very very very low pay, I can go get a job at a grocery store and get this kind of pay! Ruins your car, they don't care, nor do they pay enough to be able to fix it No room for advancement or promotions, your either a tech or a manager...good luck getting that without 15 years in Techs don't get promoted or raises unless cost of living goes up(which in 5 years it happened once...) If your Next business day, you will stay there, wont be able to go to same business day( don't know why??) very micromanaged on mileage and call times way to much admin work for the pay get paid garbage but expect us to dress like we are CEO's hard to get problems with dell solved blamed for problems with Dell computers shown time and time again we are replaced at a drop of a hat, no sense of job security. I have been doing this for over 5 years and at the 2 year mark I have been trying to move on to more tech jobs, but you literally cant! Everyone sees hardware repair, hardware repair, hardware repair and they say "well he doesn't know software, NEXT!!!" This job will RUIN your career, STAY AWAY FROM UNISYS UTS BREAK FIX POSITIONS!!!!!!! You cant leave!
