      Pros

      The Pros working for Unisys is the unlimited PTO when approved, flexibility / work-life-balance and the Unisys University.

      Cons

      The Cons is the lack of direction from leadership and the low pay. You really have to be self led and self motivated to make it. You have to really work on working with those around you to help. There isn't much advancement for people of color. They say alot with the DEI stuff, but there isn't real action yet.

      Good benefit pacakage, paid time off , holiday pay. Management was nice.

      They are unprofessional. They changed my salary and made me pay the money back!!

      I enjoy the group of people I work with.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Poor communication from management. Very inconsistent communications. Managements direction seems very lost. No plan in place or thought thru.
