No transferable work experience Poor team management Layoffs are frequent Management does not know what is happening with their team Cannot contact HR Unfulfilling work experience Old technology (20+ years outdated, still using Cobalt) If I worked here another year nobody would hire me. None of my experience is relevant in the modern work force and I had to essentially start over. People congratulated me on being able to leave and said they wish they could do the same. Avoid working here, especially straight out of college.
