Most of the customers who called in were not very knowledgeable in basic computer functions, or were not very friendly, or both. Near the end of my employment, I was in, what my close friends and family would call, a dark place due to the stress of my employment. Almost a year into working at Unisys, my queue closed down and we were sent to another queue. At first, it was fine, I had very little problem doing my job, and I enjoyed it. But as time passed, I became less and less motivated to do my best with this company to a point where I would only show up to make money but performed poorly. It got to a point where I had to decide if I was going to quit or continue working here until I either got fired or until what little life that was left in me would wither away. Long story short, my first year here was pretty great, but my second year was less than favorable.
