      Pros

      I had no positive experience here. Not even my colleagues were engaging or friendly.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, terrible mgmt (never met my director), no performance planning, no advancement opportunities. I was hired for a specific position, and 2 mos after accepting offer, they changed my position to one that was no what I interviewed for or accepted. Unisys was one of the worst companies i've ever worked for. They are struggling to survive in today's IT economy.

      No one really pays attention to what you are doing. Often held to unrealistic goals if someone decides that's what the company needs to make more money.

      Pros

      Great culture and environment to work at. Corporate structured company where a lot con be learned about processes and well defined organizational structure that provides you with great experience to adapt in further opportunities to be taken in the market place.

      Cons

      It is difficulty to improve salary which is the root cause in not able to maintain a good program for talent retention.
