      People are friendly and good to work with

      Low pay Constant cuts in people and benefits By making Altabef chairman, cuts will continue and in all the wrong places They are a hour glass configuration - lots of people at the bottom to do the customer support positions, lots of top (overpaid) people and nothing in the middle. But they have instituted spans and layers to fix that perception.
