Pros
A good start to your career, basic entry level. Very nice lunchroom and amenities. They do lunch/cookouts for employees occasionally. Right on the riverfront in GA, so the view is relaxing when you get a break. They're flexible when it comes to choosing your hours, so they work with you but the hours are set once you choose. They are okay when it comes to scheduling if you let them know in advance when you need time off.
Cons
Not very well organized so it could be run better. They micromanage your time and what you do while you're on the floor. Training is the worst part so if you can get through the first few weeks of training, it might be a breeze. Level 2 management not always on the same page, so that's a little stressful for lower level techs. Very high turnaround. People who stay around do so because they're older and don't want to start over or they're just coasting. Little time for extra training.
