Pros

A good start to your career, basic entry level. Very nice lunchroom and amenities. They do lunch/cookouts for employees occasionally. Right on the riverfront in GA, so the view is relaxing when you get a break. They're flexible when it comes to choosing your hours, so they work with you but the hours are set once you choose. They are okay when it comes to scheduling if you let them know in advance when you need time off.

Cons

Not very well organized so it could be run better. They micromanage your time and what you do while you're on the floor. Training is the worst part so if you can get through the first few weeks of training, it might be a breeze. Level 2 management not always on the same page, so that's a little stressful for lower level techs. Very high turnaround. People who stay around do so because they're older and don't want to start over or they're just coasting. Little time for extra training.

Pros

Good experience getting hands on experience with various technologies. I came in with no experience and left with a good understanding of the enterprise world. I had good team mates across the world to work with.

Cons

You are promised tuition reimbursement and due to the current business conditions get it denied 3 months after You put in to be reimbursed,You may have access to tools someone who gets paid more uses but you will not get paid what you are worth. You never know what project you will work on next or what lies ahead. People quit all the time so don't get too comfortable with the people that you work with. Don't be afraid if you are chosen to train the new people as they will have you training them until the SLC location shuts down due to the current business conditions. If your loved one is in a crisis they also will not work with you.
