      Pros

      You get a lot of experience in different areas--if you want to work hard and do the work for a long while without any change in role or compensation.

      Cons

      Unisys has lost its way--they no longer care about their US-based employees and it shows. Aggressive moves offshore, quick and dirty lay-offs with almost no severance, delays in paying vacation hour balances, form letters about non-competes from legal without any valid contact information (phone number and website included are unavailable).

      The location of Unisys is in the heart of Reston, right by Reston Town Center

      Company doesn't care about its employees, there is no sense that you are a team working towards the same goal. Diva Senior Management, they want what they want when the want it. Poor management team, low team morale. They claimed you would get bonuses for winning bids, whenever bids were won we were never notified. When bonuses were discussed they would say they are working on it and would let us know (said this for an entire year(
