      Historic Company but Mixed Experience

      Pros

      This employer is willing to hire a pretty broad group, even with less experience. They offer great experience and a fantastic opportunity to get a big variety of certifications.

      Cons

      This center is essentially a call center and that mentality permiates management. They have the tools to micromanage in very serious fashion and many of the mangers totally use that. Of course there are some really good managers but most are not.
